You must register/login to access the Help Desk portal. If you are a Team Edition subscriber or are unable to login and need technical support, please submit your request to the customer support email address provided at project startup.

Version 2 marks the roll-out of the beta version of LINK for mobile iOS and Android devices. The emphasis of this release is on test results -- access your test requests and lab results and any associated notifications/issues. Message your supply chain partners in-app and resolve issues with material/product testing and corrective actions. Maintain all your communications and documentations within LINK, rather than through a myriad of emails and files spread out all over your desktop and network.
