Robert J. Whitehead  

Robert Whitehead is founder and CEO of Green Arrow Labs, Inc., a software development laboratory that provides cloud-based solutions for managing environmental sustainability, social compliance, and product safety/quality data across the supply chain. Robert has over 30 years of experience in analytical laboratory operations, with technical expertise in process automation, quality management systems, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS); and executive management experience in product management/marketing, business development, strategic planning, and board governance. Before founding Green Arrow Labs, Robert was vice president of a leading provider of laboratory information management systems for environmental, clinical, and public health laboratories. He started his career as a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry chemist at one of the largest environmental and clinical toxicology labs in the U.S., and later became the director of quality assurance and then technical director before leaving to start his own laboratory consulting business. Robert has authored over a dozen management and technical articles published in leading laboratory trade journals; was a key contributor to the ASTM D34.02.10 standard on laboratory data quality objectives (later incorporated into Guide 25 and ISO/IEC 17025); and served as subsection leader on the 2013 update to the ASTM E1578 Standard Guide for Laboratory Informatics (formerly the ASTM LIMS Guide). He was on the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation Board of Directors from 2006-2018, serving from 2015-2017 as the Board Chair.

 

LAURA E. JACKSON, PHD  

In her current role as a data scientist, Dr. Laura Jackson employs specialized data analytics and visualization techniques to discover insights into the commercial lending domain. Utilizing machine learning algorithms, she identifies behaviors that help lenders win more deals with greater profitability. Laura previously worked at SAS (Cary, NC), where she conducted research and development in operational risk modeling, as well as in pattern detection and predictive modeling of IoT (Internet of Things) sensor data in the manufacturing sector. She holds a doctorate in computer science from North Carolina State University, as well as a master’s degree in operations research from William & Mary.

 

B.P. OlIverio  

For over 35 years, Bill Oliverio has provided business consulting and legal services to decision-makers in companies of all sizes and types. In the course of doing so, he has provided advice and counsel regarding numerous mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, employment matters, and real property transactions; and has appeared in a number of administrative and judicial proceedings involving administrative and regulatory law, real property tax assessments, and sales tax assessments.

Bill has an electrical engineering degree as well as M.B.A and J.D. degrees, and is admitted to the bar in New York, North Carolina, U.S. Court of Appeals (2nd Circuit), and the Federal District Courts of New York (Northern and Western Districts).


Gary J. Smolarek  

Gary Smolarek is the founder of C*Insight Inc, a consulting and professional services firm that became part of Green Arrow Labs in May 2016. Gary has a broad business background and strong technical proficiency. Before launching C*Insight, Gary held a variety of executive IT positions, both internationally and domestically. Well regarded throughout the industry, he is an experienced information technology executive with extensive background in the strategic and operational aspects of global organizational development, software design/development, and strategic planning.

In addition to his role with Green Arrow Labs, Gary is a senior advisor to Jaster LLC, a mid-sized consulting firm specializing in providing collaborative IT strategies to the healthcare industry. Jaster is a Buffalo, NY-based professional services organization with core services that include HIPPA/security assessments, technology requirements definition, system selection and implementation, IT outsourcing and strategic planning. Jaster’s solutions enable its clients to prepare for and react quickly, knowledgeably, and decisively to rapid changes in the healthcare IT landscape.

 

Todd C. Boufford MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, CCA  

Todd Boufford is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, inventor and visionary. He is co-founder, CTO, and managing partner of Rock Solid Software, a custom website and module software development firm that produces rich, cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft ASP .NET, SQL Server, and DNN platforms. Founded in June of 2009, RSS has a primary focus on its flagship solution, WatchMeGoPro™, a secure software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application for sports management.

Todd started his career installing and supporting electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) solutions in the ambulatory health information technology (HIT) market. Through a series of corporate acquisitions over a 18-year period, Mr. Boufford acted as director of technology services and director of application technology for multiple EHR and PM offerings, providing senior leadership in the areas of development, technology/innovation, operations, and sales engineering. He currently serves as director of application technology for an EHR/revenue cycle management company that partners with over 10,000 organizations and comprises 10% of the ambulatory HIT market.
